Ángel Hernández 01

Ángel Hernández (Tenerife, 1972) is a cartoonist who, as he himself confesses, was clear from the age of 7 that he wanted to dedicate himself professionally to the world of comics and his family, with a long artistic tradition, gave him a lot of support. That is how he ended up graduating in Fine Arts at the University of La Laguna. He took his first steps in the world of advertising design. In 2012 he made his professional debut at the hand of the British publisher Markosia and together with the American Paul Salamoff, he participated in the creation of Tales of Discord. Later he had the opportunity to collaborate with El Torres in the comic The Witches of Westwood, a job that helped him make the leap to the US market. DC Comic offered him the possibility of shaping many of the iconic characters in his repertoire and Arrow, Flash or Batman became part of his portfolio. Later, he published the crossover GreenLantern / StarTrek: The Spectral War with screenwriter Mike Johnson, a work that had a great international impact.
